She has been responsible for delivering transformational change projects and leadership programs internally for Kestrel Coal Resources and for numerous external organisations in a previous life as a consultant. In parallel to her professional career, she was an elite athlete for several years, playing for Australia in the sport of Softball and juggling the demands of full time work and training 20 plus hours per week.
