EP 13 - Transition as a Chapter in Your Life Plot
from Intuitive Founders Studio Hosted by Roxana Akhbari
This week, I continue the conversation I started 2 weeks ago about how to make sure that you are pursuing your goals instead of fantasizing about them. If last week’s episode helped you sit with hard feelings of transitions, this week we’re taking the next step: giving meaning to your transitions. Building on Episode 6, I introduce the Story Chapter practice to help you see your current season as part of your life's larger narrative. You’re also invited to join me in my upcoming free 2-day coaching challenge, A Season of Change: Thrive in Transitions, on September 13 & 14. Sign up here: https://www.roxanaakhbari.com/challenge. You'll Learn: How to reframe transitions as meaningful chapters in your life story Why the messy middle of change is essential for growth A 3-step practice to name your chapter, describe its role, and shift your language around it How this tool complements the Future Self exercise Visit WWW.Roxanaakhbari.com to access my other free coaching resources or to book a free consultation call to explore how we can work together. If you find value in what you hear, the best way to support this podcast is to follow the show wherever you listen, leave a review, and share it with others. While it takes only a few seconds, it makes a big difference in helping others access this resource.
