She is certified in many stress-reducing, and trauma-informed modalities. These include myoskeletal alignment, prenatal, sports, table Thai, mat Thai, myofascial, cupping, hot stones and more!   Later, she discovered how beneficial massage can be for mental health and began studying Trauma-Informed work, meditation, somatic movement, and energy work. She strongly believes that the body and mind work hand in hand. When we neglect the mind the body will feel it. If we neglect the body our mind will feel it. This is why she has expanded her knowledge to offer healing for the body, mind and soul.  Reclaim Wellness is a non-profit organization Nina founded.
