Who calls the shots in my life? I’m making choices and decisions in my life- but under it all, they are the result of my pre-programmed brain. I may, in fact, not be consciously choosing, without realizing it! Algorithms amplify bias, trapping us in familiar thinking. Growth comes when we embrace uncertainty and challenge our comfort zones.
