Matt went down a very dark path which resulted in him getting fired from his job.   Thankfully Matt has turned his life around with support of his friends and family and is now doing wonderful things as a mental health advocate and motivational speaker.   It was tough at times to hear what Matt has been through but I still really enjoyed chatting to him on Legends with Bevo.   Thanks to Matt for his time and for being so open and honest and Rory Noke from PodBooth for a great job of filming and editing the video.   Finally thanks to our sponsors, Kookaburra Homes, Anytime Fitness Glenelg and Renelec Electrical Services.
