I think we can all agree that the most evil among us must be punished. But what happens when the punishment becomes so bizarre? It can end up affecting everybody. And then we travel to an outlet mall, a place where we're looking to save a little bit of money, to find some great deals on clothes and shoes and what have you.

But it turns out this outlet mall may have a darker secret. This outlet mall may actually sit on the precipice of reality itself. Today on Dead Rabbit Radio. Hey everyone, welcome back to another episode of Dead Rabbit Radio.

I'm your host Jason Carpenter. I'm having a great day. I hope you guys are having a great day too. I hope you guys have some awesome plans for the weekend.

Now, I gotta say this, I should have been announcing this in the run-up. It's been a crazy past couple days, weeks really, but next week's gonna be the last week of new Dead Rabbit Radio episodes and then I'm taking a three week vacation. I'm actually leaving the state, like I usually do once a summer, and I will be gone. I will be doing that.

So we'll be running repeats. I think we'll just do repeats five days a week, none on the weekend, just to keep it going, but also not so much. That's kind of overwhelming, you know, I always feel like I might be putting out too much content, but so I'll be gone for three weeks. New episodes, we'll start, I guess I can give you an exact date here.

Basically, it'll be the last week of August, and we'll get new episodes back out on, um, what, huh? We'll have new episodes, see how well this is planned, right? We'll have new episodes starting August 27th, so basically we're gonna have episodes this week, we're gonna wrap up this week, we'll have episodes next week, and then one, two, three weeks of no episode. So yeah, I kind of, I've announced this multiple times on the show, but we end up editing it out for a time, because the episodes go too long, so I probably should have left a little bit of that in, but we will be back at the end of August, we'll have episodes next week and after that, we're taking a break.

But someone who never takes a break, someone who works hard no matter what time of the year it is, walking into Dead Rabbit Radio Command, everyone get on your feet and give it up for Stefan. Woo hoo, yeah, we, yeah, he's walking on in a little clipboard, he's doing work, even as he's walking around. Stefan was our captain or pilot yesterday, but we only did one story, we didn't have a chance to get to the carboner copter, so Stefan, you're back, the pilot, the carboner copter, I totally forgot my normal, what do I say, you're gonna be our captain or pilotist episode if you guys can't support the show financially, he wants to merchandise, we used that photo yesterday, if we're rocking that shirt, while he's rocking with his band, Crimson Mask, I'll put all those band links in the show notes as well. Stefan is our captain or pilotist episode, if you guys can't support the show financially, that's fine, it really, really is.

Just helps spread the word about Dead Rabbit Radio, that helps out so much, tell your friends, tell your family, tell everyone you know, Dead Rabbit Radio is your favorite paranormal show. Stefan, let's go ahead and we'll get this party started, I'm gonna talk to the keys of the Jason Jallapi, why don't you drive us all the way out to Florida? Pss, pss, pss, pss, pss, pss, pss, nice leisurely drive down to the Sunshine State. This is a super interesting story, and it's topical for a couple different reasons, but I don't think, even though I wanna talk about it now, we won't see the full effect of this story, probably for another five to ten years, and it's not, this is really gonna be an interesting one to talk about as well, because, oh, let's just get in, let's just get in, man, this is a loaded one, that was like, oh, it jumps out of the Jason Jallapi, he's like, you drive from here bro, he goes back to practice with his band, we're headed to Florida, specifically, we're headed to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and that is where, you know, I think we all know what happened there, but on February 14th, 2018, a kid named Nick Cruz, they're like, it's not his name, hold on, hold on, this is a weird story, Nick Cruz, aka Nicholas Cruz was the name he went by, but Nick Cruz went to this high school, I think he already graduated at that time, it's been a long time since I've really dug into the story, February 14th, 2018, he went to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and he opened fire, it was a school shooting, he ended up killing 17 people, multiple people wounded, he's trash, Nick is a trash human bean, he's an idiot and he's a villain, there was an interesting, I'll put it in the show notes because I know a lot of people were talking about it, but maybe you missed it, there's a lot of YouTube channels that analyze confessions, police confessions, I watch these all the time while I'm playing Minecraft, and they have one of him, where he's pretending he's insane, and he's like, the demons made me do it, and then the cops will leave the room and they'll just be sitting there, he's not, obviously not possessed by a demon, it's an act, what was interesting, I'll put the full video on the show notes, he says that the demons made him do it, and while what he did was truly demonic, like when you go into a place in murder innocent people, I don't think you can get more demonic than that, really, if he had attacked a military base, it's not like I would have been like congratulating him or anything, I wouldn't, he's still awful, but you know what I mean, like he's going into a place where he knows that no one can stop him, and he was right because the campus security guard hid and didn't even do anything, stop it, but that's a totally different issue, Nick Cruz, one of his high school shot all these people, it's horrible, horrible stuff, when he made this confession and he was talking about being demonically possessed, I started to see in the conspiracy theory in paranormal communities, they were taking him seriously, they're like what if he was possessed, what if demons did possess him, what if Nick is actually innocent, it's the demons that did this, and while I never want to say you can't even ask that question, I think even if the question is dumb, I always think you should have the ability to ask the question, it was interesting because he was obviously faking, he was obviously making it all up to try to get this insanity plea, which is really hard to get legally, but he, that is now part of the conspiracy, that people think, well what if demons did possess him, what if he was actually possessed by demons, which is interesting because if he had said, well aliens were beaming stuff into my head or the CIA took over my brain, while he would be saying this stuff and it wasn't true, he'd be saying this stuff to build up an insanity defense, those would also be part of the conspiracy theory community, what if the CIA actually did control his brain to do all this stuff, well this is an interesting topic because what has happened is victims of that shooting have sued him, and that's not unusual, we do see this happening especially when the shooters are still alive, it's not like they'll ever get any money from it, because they're going to be in prison for the rest of their lives, but it's almost like a symbolic thing and you do keep them from ever amassing any sort of wealth or getting a trust fund sent to them or whatever when their parents pass away, when the shooters parents pass away.

This recent lawsuit has all happened within the past couple of months, at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School there was a young man named Anthony Borgs, and he survived the shooting but multiple articles that I read said that he was the most wounded who still survived, he had the most damage done to him that lived and he had a promising soccer career, he was going to get a soccer scholarship and all that stuff and now all of that stuff is off the table, he'll be able to attend college but his goal that he'd been working for since he was a kid to play soccer, maybe even be good enough to play professionally, definitely college soccer, it's off the table, luckily he's alive, he's healthy, his brain is healthy, all of these things, we're very thankful of that, and I want to say what I'm about to say is in no way saying Anthony is bad and Nick is good, I'm not saying either of those things, you're like wow, chaser, where is this going, you dropped this episode, a week before you go on vacation, kind of ballsy, I'm not saying Anthony is the bad guy, I'm not saying Nick is a good guy, but I want to take a look at this and extrapolate it, because this is going to get nuts, what has happened recently, this is June 2024, so Anthony sued Nicholas Cruz, you're never going to get any money from this lunatic, right, he's just some bum in prison now, but what happens is part of the lawsuit is if Nick's parents or any relatives die or anyone who has Nick set up as a beneficiary, insurance, life insurance beneficiary, Anthony gets that money, okay, I mean I can kind of say that right, I think there is like a $3 million judgment, it ended up being a couple million dollars that Anthony will get, he sued him separately, he didn't do this class action lawsuit that a lot of the other families did, but then we get into this, that's fine, right, then we get into these weird, weird and then frightening details of what this lawsuit entailed, and here's the thing Nick signed off on all of this, he signed off on all of this, they were suing him and he's like whatever and he signed off, this case is settled, but all the insurance money that Nick Cruz would get at any point will go to Anthony fine, also after Nick dies, his body must be donated to science per Anthony's request, that's an interesting one, because now you've, even though listen to him, he's a mass murderer, he's a horrible human being, he shouldn't be in prison, he should have been executed, Nick Cruz should be dead, we should have a justice system that handles this stuff quickly, but we don't, we have a justice system that we have, unless we have some huge reforms, it's what we're going to have for the foreseeable future, I do believe that Nick has kind of forfeited his ability to choose when he wants to die, whether it's natural or in a gas chamber, but what happens to his body after death, that's an interesting question, I mean, the truly the loss of bodily autonomy at that point, now I don't think Nick Cruz is particularly religious, he believes in demons, if that means anything, but there are certain religious faiths that would say you can't do that, like that will actually interfere with the ability for the body to pass over into the next world, and you could argue Jason the dude's a mass murderer, I would say let's get his ghost off this planet, it's a book it's possible, but you're like, Jason needs a mass murderer, so he lost bodily autonomy when he took it from all those students, they didn't get to, that's a fair argument, I just think it's weird, I'm not saying it's bad, I just think it's odd, and it definitely would be more controversial if you belong to a particular religion that required particular rights to be performed on the body, and you go with Jason, he gave that up when he walked into that high school, and that's fair, right, I can see that point, he also, per Anthony's request, this is all in this lawsuit, that Nick signed off on, per Anthony's request, Nick has to participate in any study, any scientific or social study about mass shooters, again, I think that's fair, I think that's fair, and Anthony's logic is that, you know, to know what causes people to do these things, if a scientist or a social scientist or whoever wants to study him, he has to do it, per me, per Anthony, he has to go along with that test, now that's pretty hard to enforce, what happens to someone's body after they die, I mean there's nothing to do about it, but Nick, he could in bad faith just lie and tell the wrong answers and stuff like that, but what Anthony says is he has to participate, like I don't know what the incentive structure is for Nick, if he says no, what are they going to do, sue him again, there's really nothing to stop that or to make him do that, but it isn't writing that he has to do that and Nick is an idiot, so he'll probably just do whatever anyone tells him to do, but this is what I thought was the most unusual and I think dangerous precedent to this, you go, doesn't get to choose what happens to his body after death, he lost that, has to study in these science experiments, fine, but this is what I find so interesting, and while this particular person is so horrible, you don't want to defend him, and that's why I'm not, I can see this backfiring in such a massive way that when this happens again and probably again and again and again, it's going to be a cultural issue, people are really, it'll go to the Supreme Court, it'll be a huge thing, Anthony, now for all intents and purposes, owns the name Nicholas Cruz, he now owns that name in the sense that, let me read you this actually, let me read you this, because I want to make sure that I'm getting this right, this is a quote from the Associated Press on this quote, the agreement means that Cruz, 25, that's all this idiot is, the agreement means that Cruz, 25 cannot benefit from or cooperate with any movies, TV shows, books or other media productions without boards permission, unquote. So generally in a lot of states, I think Florida has this law as well, if you're a criminal, you cannot profit from your crimes after you've been incarcerated. You can't murder 10 sorority girls and then charge $10,000 of hot for interviews and make money from your crime. You can't sell your artwork in prison because you're a notorious serial killer.

Now, there are a little bit of work around, sometimes you give the art to a friend on the outside, your friend sells it and puts the money into your books, but for the most part, like you, because that used to be a thing, right? You'd gain notoriety as a criminal and then you'd write a book, and then all of a sudden, you know, you have like $100,000 in prison. So they've actually, a lot of states are laws against that profiting. This one, he cannot benefit, fine, or cooperate.

Nick Cruz cannot cooperate with any movies, TV shows, books or other media productions without boards permission. Unquote, that means if a author comes to him and says, I want to write a book about what happened that day. I want to write a true crime novel. I want to write a true crime book.

Nick Cruz can't talk to them. If you have a journalist who goes, hey, I'm doing like a 15 year retrospective on this thing and you know, we want to find, we want to get all the information we need. Nick, can we talk to you? Nick cannot talk to them.

If someone who, for whatever reason, believed he was 100% innocent and wanted to write a book or do a podcast about him being innocent, which I do not think is true. I'm talking about somebody else. And they go, I want to help write this book because I think you're innocent and I think I can prove to the world you're innocent, Nick cannot talk to them. And in case of point, we just had that Netflix documentary came out a couple of years ago.

What was it called? Like, I don't know, his trash. I shut it off halfway through. It was such a whitewash.

It was about the guy who killed all those cats and then he murdered a woman in a junkyard. Then he got thrown in prison, making a murderer. And the whole idea was that, oh, he was innocent. He was innocent in the cops.

He needed a suspect. So they found this guy who murdered a bunch of cats. I think that's like, he did that. Everyone agrees he murdered cats.

They're like, he would never murder this woman. He would never murder this woman in this jeepers, creepers, junkyard he lives in. And because of that documentary, he got released from prison. He's clearly guilty.

But they made this so easy to distract people with the little flashing lights and the quick edits, right? I think that's the same thing with that whole Michael Jackson documentary wasn't leaving Neverland or making Neverland or whatever. This trash was garbage. I 100% will die on the hill that Michael Jackson Wiley is a weirdo.

Not a child molester, but you make a quickly edited documentary. And I remember I was at work and people were like, I can't believe Michael Jackson did that stuff. And I was like, actually, man, I gotta hold my tongue a lot at work. Because people say a lot of crazy stuff, but I think I might add to leave the room.

Because he's like, Jason, that's a weirdo to die on. He might have actually done that stuff. I don't think he did. But whether or not he did that documentary is fake, that making Wonderland or wondering about Wonderland or whatever was fake to the point that articles have come out about stuff they staged.

Anyways, let's say somebody wants to do this with Nick or really anything, whether it is just a by the facts article or a book or it's trying to start a movement to have him released or whatever, they cannot do it because he doesn't own his name anymore. He cannot talk to people about him without Anthony's permission. Anthony's attorney, Alex Areza said, quote, we just wanted to shut him down so we never have to hear about him again, unquote. And you're like, Jason, the guy's a monster.

Like, do you want to hear what he has to say? I think it's interesting that he has to be part of the science test, which I agree with, but if a journalist wants to do an article or a book or a podcast or whatever about him, they have to go to Anthony first and Anthony can say no. And then you can't do the story or you leave out a huge chunk of it. This is what the agreement says because you go, Jason, you might be misread of this stuff.

You famously said there's a six second delay between the eyes and the hands and humans wouldn't be able to exist if that was true. The agreement says, quote, cruise agrees to transfer, assign or turn over any interest in or write to use the name of Nicholas Cruz, including, but not limited to being used in any type of production, movie, book, television, cable TV, or any other media, including any use on or via the internet. So by me saying Nick Cruz, I don't know if I can. I honestly don't know according to disagreement.

They said, now he's, so what happens is he's transferred his name, right? He transferred his name to Anthony. He no longer has control over people using it. And if Anthony has the ability to say, no, you can't talk about him.

Now that might not see there's a difference. I don't think Anthony has the choice to say, you can't talk about him at all, or you can't talk to him without talking to me first. And as lawyer already said, we never want to hear about this guy again. So Anthony is going to turn down all requests for interviews.

And you won't be able to interview Nicholas Cruz until you talk to Anthony. But if this is so new, this has not been done before that we don't know the precedent. Is it possible that just talking about Nicholas Cruz, Anthony, you go, I own that name, you can't talk about any we don't know if the law falls on that. We do know that he cannot cooperate or participate in any media production ever without Anthony's permission.

I assume if a journalist is made up a name, if they called him Bruce Chuck, but then imagine reading the article and you're like, Bruce Chuck shot up a high school. What did I miss this? What? And they would have to explain all of this.

It's crazy. And here's the thing, there's a little bit of precedent for it. Dave Chappelle talked about this, but we see this happen all the time. When you're a musician, when you're an artist, you say I'm Dave Chappelle and you go to Comedy Central and you have the Dave Chappelle show.

I think it was called the Chappelle show. And the Comedy Central owns the name the Chappelle show forever for all perpetuity throughout the universe is usually like the terminology on the contract. So Dave Chappelle, after he left the Chappelle show was not able to start another show called the Dave Chappelle show or the Chappelle show. He no longer owned his name.

And we see that happen a lot, right? A band will get signed and what happens is a studio. They sign away that name to the studio. Sometimes the bands keep their name.

Sometimes they sign the band name away. That's why they may after 10 years start a new band. And it's the same band, but the different names because they've lost rights to own a name. We see that and that is a while.

Some people may be getting tricked into it because they're not really thinking, Oh, I'm sure I could use my own name to have another show someday. You're willingly signing that over. And that's the trade off, right? You're like, I'm going to work for Sony.

I'm going to have a business record. I'm going to have a record deal with Sony, but you know, they're going to own my name. And there's no real, uh, that's why Prince change his name. Oh, by the way, so it's all of that type of thing.

Cause the record company owned the name Prince, even though that was his name. All of this stuff, it gets weird. That's a business deal. You're trading your name.

It does some kind of demonic as well. It sounds like making the deal with the devil. You're trading your name for a shot at glory. This is different.

He's lost the right to use this name, even though he agree. And again, on the one hand, I don't care. He's gross. I don't think he should be alive.

But this is where I see this going. This is where I see this going. Very, very interesting court decision. How does it play into the world of conspiracy theory?

This is going to be the big tactic that's going to you. Cause once something is set legal precedent, everyone starts to try to figure out way around it. And I'm seeing, honestly, I'm bringing out my crystal ball. I'm going to tell you this right now.

We talked about Alex Jones, his billion dollar settlement for the families of the Sandy Hook victims. We did a whole episode open to the show notes. He didn't lose that lawsuit. He didn't provide the documents he was supposed to in the proper amount of time.

So it was a default judgment. Let's lay some stuff out. Then we'll move on to a funny story. You're like, yeah, I'm very weak.

I'm a mess shooter story. President Trump, just what? At this point, 11 days ago, it hasn't been two weeks. Almost gets his brains blown out in life television.

There's a new group, a new identification, I guess I should say, called Blue Anon, as opposed to QAnon, which is all of the right-leaning conspiracy theories talking about Q and the storm and Donald Trump and the white hats and all this stuff. Now there's Blue Anon. These are left wing people who believe all of these conspiracy theories about the Donald Trump assassination attempt. Now, what's interesting is I see conspiracy theories on both sides.

People go as the FBI behind it. Recently, they said that the shooter, Thomas Crooks, has a GAB account, or had a GAB account. His brains are all over the place. But had a GAB account where he was trolling people because he loved Biden so much.

And I guess this just broke today. The founder of GAB or the CEO of GAB got a request from the federal government saying he'd turn over all the stuff you have on this particular username. And he goes, I'm going to look through what this username said first before I do that. Man, he believes that this is the Thomas Crooks guy.

So you have people on the right side of the aisle believe certain conspiracy theories. One that the FBI was behind it, too, that the Secret Service wanted it to happen. There was a second shooter on the water tower. I got sent that by Cabo Blue and friends.

He shot that over to me on no pun intended on Instagram. So the idea of a deep state assassination attempt that was so inept, he survived. We see that on the right side. But the blue Anon, the blue Anon people, are the ones who are saying it was all staged.

He had ketchup ready to go in his hand. He never got shot. It was all fake. And what type of man would stand up when there might be multiple shooters around and start yelling fight, fight, fight.

He did that because it was staged. He knew it was all fake. This is what the blue Anon people say. I have a prediction.

I have a prediction because one in three did it a survey. One in three Democrats believe in conspiracy theories involving the assassination of Donald Trump attempted assassination. Either that it was staged, pretty much that it was staged, right? Because the rest of the rest of them are saying that it's deep state.

The rest of them are kind of like saying Biden was trying to do it. One in three Democrats believe it. That's a huge number. And you know, the last time we saw him or that huge was the QAnon movement who believed that the storm was coming and that Donald Trump was still the president and there was going to be this big roundup and the power was going to go out into war between the White House and Black House.

This is the first time that we've seen a massive conspiracy movement in recent times, not first time, but in recent times a massive conspiracy movement evolved so quickly on the left. And this is my prediction. We're going to see it grow really quickly. Already a lot of pundits, a lot of like paid professional journalists are talking about these conspiracy theories and inflaming the people.

They're watching these and they're being like, he doesn't really shot. It was all fake. And just like Alex Jones, right? I honestly think that he believed standing up was real, but he saw the ratings begin to soar because he was saying all this stuff and then he just kept going along with it.

There is a course. This is rumor. I don't have any factor back to stuff, but I saw this online. Joy Reed is a newscaster on MSNBC.

She does promote these conspiracy theories that it was completely staged and apparently since she started doing that, her ratings have doubled. I've actually checked the Nielsen ratings. I don't see that effect yet. But apparently people behind the scenes say her show is huge.

I think it's called the readout. Her show is blown up because people want that. People want that conspiracy theory. People love conspiracy theories.

The next step though, listen, whether or not you believe Trump was shot or his ketchup pack, I don't really care. You are allowed to have your beliefs, whatever they are. Take a ride with me. The second's going on longer than I thought it would, but take a ride with me for a second.

I believe this is what's going to happen. There was that firefighter who got shot and killed because he jumped in front of the bullet to save his family, and then there were two other people in the audience who were shot as well. And I think the conspiracy theory is going to grow like this. Right now I see people online say, well, if it was all staged if it was just a ketchup packet, what about that guy who got blown up?

What about that guy who got his brains blown out? And people go, well, Trump's so evil that wouldn't shock me that he would kill one of his own followers. But I believe that's going to change. I do believe that this is a conspiracy theory going forward.

Tell me if this sounds familiar. People will start saying it's staged, it was all a false flag, and that firefighter and those other two people, they weren't even hit by bullets. They're still alive. Well, two of them are, but Corey, he's still alive.

He didn't even get hit by a bullet. That was fate too. And then people are going to go to the house of this firefighter, knock on the door, which is really what got Alex Jones in trouble, was that people were harassing the families of the Sandy Hook shootings. It wasn't so much that he was saying this stuff, which was bad.

But he was emboldening the audience to do their own research. And they were confronting these families in public. It was also, someone got arrested for this in Colorado when that guy shot up that movie theater. There was a conspiracy theory that that was all fake.

I'll see if I can find the article. And this woman got arrested because she was going to the homes of the victims of that Batman movie theater shooting and saying, I want to see so and so. And they're like, he died a year ago. I don't believe it.

I don't believe it. She got arrested for harassment. So this is my, this is where I see this going. Joy Reid, who is a nationally recognized journalist has her own show.

She keeps promoting these conspiracy theories, which is her right to do, which is the right to free speech. But it will morph because they always morph. And it will morph into Corey didn't die. Corey didn't die.

It was also in on it. You can't knock on President Trump's door, but you can find where this family lives. I'm not on their door. And someone's going to knock on the door of that firefighter's family and say, I want to see Corey.

I want to see Corey. I know he's not really dead. I know you're in on it. And what's going to happen is Corey's family, Corey competitor, things less than Corey's family, along with the victims of the other two people who are shot, are going to sue Joy Reid for a billion dollars.

That is 100% what's going to happen. That's why I like looking at these legal things, because it always sets a precedent. If one person emails the family of Corey, he had a wife and kids, one person emails them and says, I know that he's still alive. I know she will sue MSNBC and she will sue Joy Reid for a billion dollars.

And the president has been set. If you say something that is not true about a mass casualty event or a huge event where people die, you can be sued and you could lose one billion dollars. And if someone, and I don't need to keep picking on Joy Reid, I just know that she, because I've seen the clips where she talks about the stuff and I saw that thing kind of behind the scenes that her ratings are blowing up because of it. But anyone, imagine now Joy Reid gets sued and she can't use her name because they go, she profited off of saying my husband was still alive when he wasn't and my husband was faking being dead.

She used her name to enrich herself. I want her name. I want her name. Where does it stop?

Where? I mean, honestly, like you go, I mean, I was thinking about this. A president drops a bomb on kills 100,000 Iraqis. I mean, that's not unfortunately that happened quite a lot during the Gulf War.

What's the stop the country? If I react to say, Hey, Bush, we're suing you, we're taking your name. You can't use the name George Bush anymore. You can't do any books.

You can't write a book. You can't do anything with it. People can't interview the cat is out of the bag. You think these are crazy examples of the world court right now is at Benjamin Netanyahu.

You can't use your name anymore. President's been set. You could sue people now and take their identity. But here's something it's not like you're walking around in a net and Yahoo mask.

There's not a publisher or a journalist who would risk their career to try to interview him. If the world court gave the Palestinian people the name writes over the name Benjamin Netanyahu, would you? You're the New York Times. And you're like, well, I don't want to write this piece, but we might get sued.

We might get sued if we do a profile on Benjamin Netanyahu, because technically the world court says he doesn't own his name anymore. Absolutely insane. You go Jason, you're totally off the plantation on this. I don't think so.

I think I'm right above the target. I think this is going to get real bad real quick. We're going to see people promoting conspiracy theories that are going to be losing their livelihoods. You're going to see people committing crimes.

And then you're going to be seeing people who the public does not like losing the rights to their name, losing the rights to do interviews, losing their rights to talk about their story. It always starts with the monsters. It always starts with the monsters. That's how all these laws get set up.

And we go, that guy's a monster. Yeah, he doesn't deserve all of that stuff. And then eventually it just happens to a dude who breaks the law. How long did I see?

I got my thing on that. Okay, so that was 43 minutes of conspiracy theory content, but we got one more place to go. Hopefully that was entertaining to you. Hopefully you're copywriting your name right now crazy story.

I don't know. I don't think I'm off base. I know people on YouTube are going to go, oh, yeah, you spoke for 40 minutes. Here's a 30 second clip where I don't agree with you.

Therefore, your entire argument is false. But I do. I think we're going to see it. I think it's going to happen a lot.

And I do think we're going to see a major news network get sued for a billion dollars because they're going to say something about Corey. Out of everything I've said, that's going to happen really quick. Someone's going to start saying he never died. He never died.

And Corey's family's going to be a billion dollars richer. Stefan, let's go ahead and toss you the keys to the world famous carboner copter. We're going to leave. We'll start off with the match duty and ended with a political assassination.

Let me stop. Stefan, I'm going to go ahead and touch the keys to the world famous carboner copter. Let's leave behind Florida. Why don't you fly us all the way out to an outlet mall?

I know that I could go for an ice cold Starbucks Frappuccino right now. I think you need some caffeine. Wow. No, man.

I don't like Vente because when they make the Vente, they put the ingredients in wrong. They don't know how to measure it right. Grande is the best flavor. I like a Grande.

Maybe a caramel, maybe a mocha, crumble, whatever. Well, this isn't an advertising for Starbucks. I will say, you might want to go to a Starbucks to test this. This honestly might be one of the weirdest stories that we've covered on this show.

And you will say, Jason, the story out of everything you've talked about, this story is not true. Let's take a look at it. Let's take a look at so anyways, they're out this outlet mall. We're going to meet a young couple.

We'll call the woman Joyce and we'll have her husband, Carl. You can see how prepared I am. You can hear me talk to the names of my notes. So this just happened the other day.

This just happened in the month of July 2024. Joyce and Carl are walking through the outlet mall, enjoying these half price off items. When all of a sudden, Carl feels a familiar sensation. A sensation he's been dealing with since he was just an infant.

He has to go to the bathroom. He's like, oh, he just freezes the place and looks up. This guy goes, ah, I have to go to the bathroom. Honey, I have to go to the bathroom.

So Joyce is like, well, there's a Starbucks over there. I want you to go bathroom over there. I got to charge my phone anyways. Apparently, I don't know how long this guy takes to go to the bathroom long enough to charge a phone.

I know I spent a long time in the bathrooms normally because I have a book in there. That's a long time going to the bathroom. You can charge a phone, but he goes, yeah, I got to go to the bathroom. So they walk into the Starbucks and Carl goes into the bathroom and Joyce, she sits down and plugs her phone into the wall and she's charging it.

And she said the way that it was situated is my table is right next to the restrooms. It's all stinky and they're like, well, if you need to charge a phone later, you got to go sit in the toilet. She's like, you know how like sometimes they'll have those little hallways that split off between men and women bathrooms and then there's an opening and then they're like the rest of Starbucks type of deal. She goes, my table was directly facing the entrance slash exit of the bathroom area and I'm sitting there and I'm charging my phone.

My husband goes into the bathroom. I see him go into the bathroom. I then take a seat at the table right near that opening and I start charging my phone. And I'm looking in a direction where I can see whoever enters or exits the bathroom, which in most cases would be a pervert.

But in this case, it's just a woman charging her phone, but you never know, right? You never know. So she's sitting there and she's looking out into the full view of the Starbucks that is outlet mall. So she sees where the bathroom entrance exit is, right?

And then she looks out and she sees the other tables here and there's like the glass container full of their overpriced bagel bites. Then a couple cashiers standing behind that making me a ground day mocha from it, you know, and sending it through time and space I can do right now. She's sitting there and she's charging her phone and she's waiting for her husband to come out. And that is when, now while to you, that might have sounded like the sound of a man slapping his sweaty stomach because it's a hundred degrees in air, little drops a moisture flying up.

While you may have thought that sounded like the sound of Jason slapping a stomach. What the sound really was, the sound Joyce heard directly in front of her. She hears the sound of a plump and sees her husband sitting on the floor in the middle of the Starbucks. She's looking at him and he's sitting there in the middle of Starbucks flat on his butt, which obviously catches Joyce by surprise.

She says the way that it looked to me, like my brain was trying to make sense of what I saw, it was as if he fell from nowhere onto the floor. He basically just zipped himself into existence and fell onto the floor in the middle of the Starbucks. But that's impossible. She's thinking he just went into the bathroom and he would have had to walk past me.

One, he would have had to walk past me and I would have seen him. Two, we'd have to have to walk to the middle of the Starbucks and I would have seen him do that. And then three, jump up in the air and then fall down flat on his butt, which I would have seen and he broke his tailbone. And he's just sitting there.

She runs over and she goes, honey, honey, are you okay? And she was looking at his face and she can tell that he's not. She can tell by looking at his face, something's really, really gone wrong. She said he looked extremely distressed.

That was her exact words. And he just says that was crazy. Let's go. And so they do.

She helps him up and they start to walk out of the Starbucks. Joyce said it actually took a while. It seemed like it took a while for him to collect himself. And while she was like, so honey, what happened?

Like, I was not even physically possible. He didn't want to talk about it. It was almost like he was unable to talk about it. Like he couldn't really put it in words.

But after a little bit, he said, he goes, well, honey, I don't even know how to explain it on my end. He goes, I walked into the bathroom of the Starbucks and I went to the bathroom and I wiped and then I watched my hands. He's like, I didn't wash my hands. He goes, yeah, no, I washed my hands.

I sing the happy birthday song. All that stuff. I do it all. I wash my hands.

And at that point, I leaned against the bathroom wall the next thing I know, I'm sitting in the middle of Starbucks. Now, this story was posted online. Let me find the person, and you go, Jason, that is not a real story either. You made it up or the person who wrote it made it up.

Well, let's take a look at this because listen, here's the thing. I know I say this all the time on the show, but I really have to feel like I drive this point home because as a researcher, this is very important. I found this online. It was posted on Reddit by someone going by the name.

I am very tired right now. She posted this on the the truth is he or subreddit, which is where paranormal stories. The neat thing about Reddit, I hate it overall, but the neat thing about Reddit is I went through her posting history and there's nothing else like this. Generally, a liar will lie constantly or they'll lie for an extremely personal reason.

I either going to get in trouble. They cheated on someone. They either lie all the time or they lie over stuff that's super important. That's kind of an indicator.

Now, when I read stuff online, I like to be able to see what are the things this person is saying. Two years ago, she posted that she was a witch. That was that as far as paranormal stuff went. And she says in this actual post, you know me when I was going to have paranormal events in the past.

But to say that, you ever show off to them, you know, I bury a potato. You know, you always trapped. You're like, oh, I was going to go off the witches again. Oh, every show I've done I bury a potato on midnight after the third full moon.

That means no one's going to get warts on their thumb this month or whatever. And you're like, that's barely barely as far as I'm concerned. It's almost just the rest of your fingers and witching up on a star. It's this is a story that honestly, it's so bizarre, your gut instinct is that they're making it up.

The question is why out of all of these posts, I mean, she's been on Reddit for eight years at this point. Am I doing my math right? 2016. How many years has that been for eight years?

I know you guys love what I do math on there. Um, she posts a bunch of stuff about communism. She posts a bunch of stuff about like some just dumb stuff. Like I do get to live with her fuzzy history and I'm like, what?

What's that stupid? Like, here's something called not like the other girls. And I guess it's like a thing where they make fun of other girls. I don't know.

But anyway, so it's just not go stuff, right? It's not the teleporting around. One of these days, I might even do it next week, but I probably won't. I'll do it when you come back.

I have a story that's fake. I have a story that's 100% fake. I know that it's fake. I kind of want to tell it just to show you what I have to go through, how much of this trash I have to read to get to the good stuff.

I think this is real. Now, we can debate all day long whether or not it's real or it's not. You don't look through a posting history. She seems relatively normal.

She seems to have really like communism for some reason, but she seems super normal. So let's assume that she's telling the truth. What in the world is happening? And I don't even really mean about this story.

What if we are having an escalation of just absolutely bizarre events going on? This would be such a glitch in reality that you could lean against the wall. And she said she goes to other people in the Starbucks that not even seem to notice what happened that a man materialized out of thin air and fell flat on the ground or fell flat on his butt. No one else realized it.

So you have to have multiple reality glitches for this thing that take place. First off, teleportation to falling through a wall. I don't know where to begin on this three materializing out of thin air, but then for no one else noticing it except the person who's waiting for the person who materialized in the new area. This is through the looking glass.

This is a story that if it's true, it requires so many breakdowns in what we consider to be the real world that you it seems fake. It's just insane. It really is insane. And it just shows how fragile the universe can be right now, Jason.

It shows how easily you're getting tricked because you've been doing this. You think you can be getting better at it. Because this is episode what? 1,300 and 14 or whatever.

I'm losing track. This is something that just probably didn't happen. But maybe it did. Maybe it did.

The underlying phenomenon, I believe is possible manifesting and de-manifesting and appearing in different places and stuff like that. It's weird though. It's just so weird. It makes you go, I don't know if this is real.

But I believe in the underlying elements to it. But again, for this story to be real, you have to have a ton of stuff go wrong. It's crazy to think that something like this could happen. If you assume that she's telling the truth, you don't need anything.

Whoa. Did you know there was a guy whose dad was Darth Vader? If I see what he's telling you, you know what I mean? We could go on and on and on and on and talk about whether or not sure or not.

But let's put on our conspiracy caps to wrap this up because it is indeed 100 degrees in here right now. Such a breakdown in reality. Such a bizarre series of events has to go wrong for all of this stuff to work. And it did in that moment in the middle of a day at a Starbucks in an outlet mall.

And I wonder if we are starting to see this. I mean, we always heard stay away from the haunted cemeteries or the old rickety bridge where the woman got murdered 100 years ago, stay away from the cursed house of Grandma McMahon, man. Now, it's my word. It's Starbucks.

Yeah, it's Starbucks. And you could have a reality altering event. This would break. This would break your brain.

It would make you to me. It would make me incredibly fearful because then I wouldn't know when to ever relax. If at any moment I could because listen, he could have materialized anywhere. What if he felt what if he didn't fall but first but fell face first?

That had me kind of funnies in there. All of a sudden your body appears in midair, lands right on his face. He's like, ah, it's a day with school photo days. He's all hella bruised.

But anyway, everything went wrong in the right way. That no one got seriously injured. He didn't teleport into like a women's locker room across town at a 24 hour fitness and got beat up by a bunch of buff women. You know, you didn't get teleported in the middle of the ocean.

You got teleported a couple of feet away back into the Starbucks. Why? How? So many weird things about this have been extremely terrified.

So lean on walls. That's all he did was lean on a wall and he teleported. Now, it's interesting because if it didn't just happen to him, if his wife wasn't there to view it, he 100% would have been able to in some way rationalize that we would never know the story. But the fact that there was a witness watching the way she was seated again, if she was seated anywhere else or she was waiting outside and she didn't see it again, it's a different story.

But she was looking at the perfect angle for everything to happen. Absolutely fascinating story. Terrifying story because we don't know what happened. That means we can't prevent it from happening to ourselves.

And you go take centers, worst things and getting teleported flat on your butt in the middle of a Starbucks. Yes, there are worse things. That's what I'm saying since we don't know how this worked. I'm afraid of the worst thing happening.

But to be fair, the worst thing is happening right now. I've run out of time. I'm super sweaty. So we're gonna have to wrap up this episode of Dead Rabbit Radio.

But guys, thank you so much for sticking with the show all of these years. Whether it's your first episode or you've been here the whole time. Really, really appreciate it. I appreciate you guys being here with me because this is a team thing.

We're working together, exposing the weirdest of the weird and occasionally going a 40-minute rant about mass shootings and lawsuits. I know it's a little weird to be on a Friday or to switch from that to bathroom teleportation. But I thought that story was crazy too. I thought both of these guys really wanted to tell you about DeadRabbitRadio.gmail.com is going to be our email address.
