Fear followed her into adulthood until a series of profound life events, including the loss of both parents four months apart, initiated a deep turning point. Through more than a decade of immersion in neuroscience, neuroplasticity and metaphysical practice, Sandi learned to reframe fear, rewire habitual thought patterns and reclaim her intuitive gifts.With over 30 years in public relations and marketing as founder of Serling Media Relations, Sandi has worked with leading voices in entertainment, television and innovation, yet always felt called toward deeper questions of meaning and purpose.
