Ep 132 - Harvey Sweetland Lewis on winning ultras

Send us Fan MailToday's episode is an absolute treat with a great runner and all-round nice guy, Harvey Sweetland Lewis. Harvey has done it all, representing Team USA at the 24 Hour Ultrarunning Champs, competing in some of the biggest races in the world including winning Badwater Ultramarathon. David met Harvey on the Marathon des Sables and has been trying to get him on the show for a while. And what an interview! Jody and David quiz Harvey about his running career and his multiple attempts at Badwater. WARNING: prepare for a HUGE dose of infectious positivity in this episode (and to feel wholly inadequate in the face of Harvey's greatness).
