This Certified Professional Facilitator | Master is the current Global Chair of IAF (International Association of Facilitators) – before this, he served on the IAF Board from 2018 till 2022 as Director of Professional Development. Gerardo’s journey in facilitation dates to the 90s – he was one of the first to bring facilitation to Italy, and he founded the Scuola di Facilitazione, the first Italian initiative aiming at training facilitators and team leaders, in partnership with Bureau Frank Little (the Netherlands).
