I know you, because you’re just like me: You want to find success really, really badly. But something happens once you work really hard for success and you actually achieve it.  Many of you are in this place. You’re good at what you do, you’ve served your people well, you have some clout, and you’ve found some success. Then time passes, and you forget. You forget the sweat equity that you had to put in to get to where you are today; the time it took, the tears you cried, the failures that it took to reach a new height.  And this forgetfulness makes you feel a little bit more entitled to new levels of success.
