Send us Fan MailOn the morning of Donald Trump’s second Inauguration Day, Tim Heaphy learned President Joe Biden issued a preemptive pardon for his role as the Chief Investigative Counsel of the House of Representatives Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. Heaphy tells “Chino Y Chicano” host Enrique Cerna he did not want the pardon because he did nothing wrong.  Heaphy is the author of “Harbingers: What January 6 and Charlottesville Reveal About Rising Threats to American Democracy”.
