Today we talk to Alyssa White, and she speaks “After surviving and escaping domestic abuse, I have spent the last 15 years not only fighting for my own survival and recovery, but working toward a place of stability and strength where I can now support others. Many years after leaving, I was left with complex PTSD from prolonged trauma as well as PTSD from the events of the day I escaped. For a long time, I withdrew from the world, struggling to function day to day, living in fear that it would all happen again, and carrying deep shame about what I had endured. Through deep self-work, resilience, and a commitment to healing, I began rebuilding my life from the ground up. Starting my YouTube journey was a deliberate step outside my comfort zone and a way to reclaim my voice, freedom, and strength. I’m passionate about using my lived experience to speak openly about trauma, fear, shame, rebuilding self-worth, and reclaiming personal power, leading by example to show others that healing is possible and that there truly is light at the end of the tunnel.
