Our goal is to parse out the realities of:  Dealing with and overcoming Church hurt Recognizing offenses and processing them early Practicing gratitude and focusing on personal growth  Church hurt is real. It could stem from a misunderstanding or something else. Please remember, the church didn’t hurt you, a person did. That’s why it is important to speak up and share your hurt.
