I got that call on Saturday night, October 16th from my good friend and Shedding Light Outdoors member Travis Shirer. Today he joins me on the show to unpack that story and all that went into it. Trav had to have shoulder surgery at the start of the year and wasn't sure if he'd ever shoot a bow again. Fortunately he was able to recover well and continued his 3 year streak of taking a buck in October. We hear that story and also unpack what Travis calls the "mobile corn strategy".
