The way we talk about things in our lives, the way we speak about the people in our lives has an effect on our reality. So, I really want to dive deeply into that and really get specific with self-fulfilling prophecies that people speak out all the time, and the power in those words and what they do to our families.  I've talked about the power of our words multiple times on the show but I have three cliches that people say all the time that I want to really dig deep into today.
