Ep 14: Dr. Susan Martinelli on Physician Burnout in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology

Dr Susan Martinelli is a Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with her clinical specialty in cardiothoracic anesthesiology.  She is passionate about resident education and serves as the Associate Residency Program Director.  She is also interested in physician wellbeing with research interests in the flipped classroom in residency education and finding ways to include family and friends into wellness programming.
