Ep. 14 - Justin Aldridge - Success Coach / Author / Speaker / Husband and Father

from Dad Up Podcast · host Bryan Ward

Justin Aldridge is an author, success coach, keynote speaker and more importantly a dad. Justin classified his life as being define by overachieving and under believing. While in college at the University of Texas Austin, he not only graduated at the top of his class, but he did that while playing football for the Longhorns.  He thought he would be satisfied with the pursuit of money, but quickly realized there was more to life than the straight pursuit of money.⁣ Once he became a father, he went through a mental shift and pursued living an Uncommon Life. He made a conscious choice that he was going to stop trying to fit in and instead was going to stand out. He tries to instill those beliefs in his young children today. In our conversation, he speaks to how we never have a true balance of time between our career and our family. Instead, it is quality of time with our family that really counts.
