Ep.14 Not A BUZZ Word

One word that can stop us from progressing. What is it? Put a sign on your mirror so you see if everyday - that says...I WILL (make will big -it’s an action word) optimize every minute of the day. 2. I will NOT procrastinate today (take one day at a time) 3. My gifts and talents MUST be materialized - I have to do it4. It’s okay if I had a bad day - I’m normal5. What day am I going to put aside to work…...and go go go…. Decide on a day - stick to it - don’t let people distract you or disrupt your schedule. Learn to say no - I can’t. Be committed to yourself - you will thank you..LOL Also People will began to respect your time (that you set aside), and they will remember when asking you to schedule other events. 6.Celebrate your small successes 7. Enjoy the process!!! 8. BONUS STEP….DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE UNTIL YOUR DONE.
