This is something as mothers we experience and it's not talked about openly because I think as a society we have to appear to have it all together as mothers. Let me tell you as a doula and lactation counselor, we do NOT have it all together and THAT IS SO SO SO NORMAL! I hope this episode helps you feel seen and heard. Silent resentment (as I call it) and postpartum rage are real.
