Have you ever wondered how the small tool we use to write can cause a lot of harm to our health and the environment if we don’t choose a suitable material for it and how we dispose of them?  Single-use plastic pens are a part of the throw-away culture we have unknowingly been developing over the last several years. It is in our cars, drawers, and bags, distributed in airlines, hotels, conferences, and schools. It is disposable and not a big deal if you lose one because it is cheap. Many children and adults have the terrible habit of chewing on their pens, be aware what you are chewing on is toxic! In this episode, I discuss why single-use pens are toxic for us and the environment and a few eco-friendly solutions to make a switch.
