Alice dives into the history of Comrades, and why it's called the greatest human race - by the end of it, we commit to running it together in 2027! Huw's sister, Nia, set out to walk a marathon in the Brecon Beacons for Alzheimer's UK in memory of their dad, and Strava makes her an ultramarathoner. And following our chat last week about weight loss and performance, a listener sent in a video of a cyclist who did the same race heavier, with more muscle - interesting results.
