Well, dear listeners, our break from the garbage monsters didn't last long. Today we're talking about Fred West, who is definitely up there in the hall of fame for scumbags, and looks like the British version of Bob from That 70s Show. The upside to this episode is at least we got to showcase how incompetent the authorities are in England, so it's not just us here in America that suck at stopping evil.
