Manny has been in the Real Estate game since 2004 and experienced an incredible amount of success from 2004-2007. He and I first met when we were both selling real estate investing education in Phoenix, AZ back in 2007. He was a mentor of mine and became a good friend during this time. If you remember, Phoenix was one of the cities that had a massive recession in the 2008/2009 housing crisis/global recession. Both him and I lived through this and it gave us both a massive blow to our businesses.
