Ep. 141: Returning from Shadow Work
from Live This Life Podcast Hosted by Live This Life
Shadow Work… the practice of shining the light of awareness on the darker recesses of our psyche. A place where our subconscious patterns hide and guide our reactions from behind the scenes. After about 5 weeks away from anything social, Heath shares a few things about the shadows that he recently was made aware of and had to overcome. The time away from everything, especially the show was a deafening silence, but a necessary one to overcome a few things that were holding him back.
