"The reason you have a hard time trusting your intuition is because you are still convinced that some outside authority still knows better than you" (Maryam Hasnaa). We are born trusting ourselves and as we grow up that trust is given away and forgotten. We rely on others to tell us what to do, do dictate what our lives should look and feel like, and we forget that we know best.
