Ep 144: Leadership Sandtrap 8 - I Just Need To Grind

Today's show opens up a new series called Leadership Sandtrap. These are ways to get people to show up in their leadership, as the sticky quicksand traps, providing short-term results, compelling for leaders or those practicing leadership. These short-term results make it hard to reflect on what they lack or their breakdown or next-edge leadership, brought about by the fear of what they created when they stopped doing the things they have always done, hindering them from making breakthroughs, leaving them stuck in the Sandtrap. This episode is the debut of the Leadership Sandtrap series, entitled I Just Need To Grind. It is a common Sandtrap for leaders with a great deal of passion in their being. These leaders tend to swing into a hardcore work mode and a hardcore play mode and cycle back to hardcore work mode after playing hard. How it came to be, and more, will be discussed to know more about this kind of Sandtrap. In this episode, listeners are encouraged to join The Forge.
