It was during his greenkeeping apprenticeship that Craig would learn from his early mentor and Superintendent at the time, Peter Watts, how to think more about keeping the greens rather than just going about it as you've been shown.Craig enjoyed study and found, along with working under some of Sydney's most revered superintendents, that further study could really elevate his knowledge of greenkeeping even more so.Throughout his career path Craig moved through a number of Sydney's best golf clubs such as Elanora, Pennant Hills, Royal Sydney, and Bonnie Doon which included one men's Australian Open and three TPS tournaments.
