Ep: 147: Puzzle Pieces

We are excited when everything starts clicking into place and we are able to see the progress being made. But when we get stumped and minutes turn into hours and we can’t seem to find the next piece to fit into our puzzle, we can easily get frustrated and annoyed. For it seems like we will never find another piece to lock in. Frustration leads to fear. Fear leads to anger…anger leads to hate…hate leads to suffering. Trust in the work you have done, trust in yourself. Relax into THIS moment because of all the moments before, not in spite of them.
