The CIA like all other Government agencies are supposed to be a non-partisan tool to fulfill the functions of Government. Under Democrats and even more so under Biden they are used as tools to support only Democrats. Actively seeking the recruitment of partisan activists in Government is how we ended up with the IRS targeting Conservative groups, the illegal spying operations conducted against the Trump campaign, and many other scandals that have broke. It's also why no one ever faces the consequences for their illegal actions.
