EP 148: Incredible Business Advice from 2 Successful GenZ’s: Jackson Baker & Ocean Drummond-Baker

We’ve got two GenZ’s in the house today … coincidentally with the same last name! Melaine Baker and her son Jackson join Deborah and Ocean and TELL ALL about growing up in entrepreneurial homes and carrying on the family tradition. Jackson Baker, 19, has a photography business based in NY. He has been taking photos ever since he was six years old, and currently is attending the Rochester Institute of Technology. Jackson’s goal is to share his work with the world and leave an impact. His advice: It takes effort, be in it for the long run. Ocean Baker, 18, growing up with TWO entrepreneurial parents had double the inspiration. This was the norm … better than 9 to 5! His artistic genes have found expression outside of school in print art and fashion. His advice: Be dedicated, and research to be prepared.
