Many social media posts are claiming that Ex-MLA, Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who is locked up in Tihar Jail, for the rape of a minor girl, has been granted bail by the high court. Kuldeep Snegar is serving life imprisonment in the rape case. He was found guilty by Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi, in December 2019. A number of social media users have shared the same claim on their accounts.
