EP 15: Fempreneur True Confession with Guest Drocella Mugorewera Drocella Mugorewera is #1 international best-selling author of the book Leaders with A Heart. She resides in Knoxville, TN with her wonderful husband, Jean, of 30 years. A testament to enduring resilience, Drocella Mugorewera is an international champion for diversity intent on building trust between business and minority communities worldwide. Raised in Rwanda, Africa, Drocella won a scholarship to the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv. Returning, she became the Director of Agriculture and eventually a member of Parliament and Government, contributing to significant environmental changes, including a reform finally allowing women to inherit the land. Her safety in jeopardy, Drocella later fled Rwanda alone, bravely beginning life anew in Knoxville, Tennessee. There the unstoppable leader received acclaim as the executive director of Bridge Refugee Services, recognized as one of Knoxville’s Difference Makers. Now a business coach and international speaker, Drocella was a member of Diversity Champions at the Knoxville Chamber of commerce. Reunited with her family, she continues to thrive, a firm believer in the miracle mindset.
