With no job, an active real estate license and a lot of enthusiasm Greg and Rachel moved into and house hacked a fourplex in College Station. Now Greg works full-time as a property manager, part-time as a KW agent, and 24/7 as an investor. His portfolio consists of 4x fourplexes, 1 duplex, and 1 single-family rental.
