Ep 15: Marshall Law

Justice Ginsburg passing has created outrage as well as excitement over  potentials to fill the vacancy - and rightfully so considering the  incredible power a SCOTUS Justice holds.   It makes you sit back and think, why is it that one individual holds so  much power in what is supposed to be a federal republic? The truth is  we're ruled by 5 oligarchs with no checks on their power. How did it  come to this? We owe a lot of credit to John Marshall for completely  re-writing the Constitution.
