I say accidental because after a prolonged mental health crisis, stressful divorce, and an unplanned career change due to psychological injury, I thought I was happy. However, after heartbreak, I alchemized the pain, changed my life, and became the happiest I've ever been. I realized I had to share my insights, created a coaching program and became a coach! I am equally passionate on raising awareness around the stigma of mental health and educating society on how harmful it is, and what we are doing to each other. Key points of my story 1) abusive childhood, including sex abuse how that affected me, 2 career in law enforcement and a prolonged mental health crisis where I was suicidal and saved by the presence of my children, 3 stressful divorce an spiritual awakening, 4 relationships, heartbreak and changing my life!I nerd out on inner child healing. It has been life-changing for me and it's important to understand how our inner child drives our adult life. I love talking about the stigma of mental health. I suffered alone and in silence because I was terrified on how I'd be perceived. When I realized how common mental health issues were and how ridiculous the stigma was, I became passionate about breaking it down.
