In the first part of the episode, I speak on my New Year resolution weight loss journey and update you ladies on how thats going. My experience with detox teas, senna leaf, calorie counting and all that in efforts of helping move my weight loss along. In the second part of the episode, hell breaks loose. I finally speak on something that I had always kept inside, but needing to speak about now. A person who portrays to be all for women empowerment and yet (in my own personal experience dealing with her) it was all bullshit. People on the gram are definitely not who they claim to be, even personally wise. Zero humility. My sad story time.
