Ep. 15 The Trauma Response

All people, whether your or old have experienced some sort of trauma in their life. Whether you believe it or not you too, have suffered something traumatic, which has and may continue to dictate your responses to certain situations. Our reactions to these situations is what we have called “The Trauma Response”.
