He tells the guys how he’s worked in every prominent restaurant in Philadelphia and the illustrious pop-ups he has orchestrated the last few years. He details what its like to be unapologetically black in a world dominated by people who traditionally dont look like him. Omar also discusses all the barriers he has broken as a Black Chef and how he has now become a FULLY FORMED ARTIST.
