She has been practicing law for over twenty years. She is currently an adjunct Professor at Kingdom Truth University, Jacksonville, Florida, and she is a marriage Christian Counsellor. Dr. Brooks wears many hats in her community, and she believes in giving back. She is also a Pastor and Public Speaker and soon to be published author of a very touching book, “Aaron: Journey of Love, Loss and Triumph.” Dr. Brooks and her husband, Desmond, have been married for thirty years.
