Ep# 151 - Drop The Charges - Part 1

The “Drop the Charges” series is intended to give you a massive revelation of this scandalous reality: You. Are. Innocent. And so is everyone else. In this first episode, we examine the scriptural foundation for this reality, and drop some other huge bombs of Gospel goodness, including: * God’s opinion of us is settled – we are blameless, innocent, and righteous * God has already done the redeeming work, through Christ, to make us blameless and innocent * The redemption that happened on the Cross happened for everyone – an atoning sacrifice, once and for ALL * Judgment, or eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, infected the entire human race with a distorted self-image at the fall * But, Jesus came to annihilate our relationship with the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and remove sin * Now, judgment has no place in the new creation * And so much more! Here is the mind-blowing truth: we are innocent because we are one with Him, and everything and EVERYONE has been reconciled in Him. If we want to see a massive transformation in the world, we are going to have to get out of the judgment seat and get into the mercy seat. It’s time to drop the charges against ourselves and the entire world. There is no ‘they’ or ‘them’ out there that we have any right to judge! Remember, we are to be known by our love, not our judgment.
