Coach Brendan Suhr is joined by the Ben McCollum, Head Coach of the Division II National Champion Northwest Missouri State Bearcats. The 38 year old coach is a 2-Time National Champion, 2-Time Division II Coach of the Year and 7-Time MIAA Conference Champion who has compiled a career record of 241-75. In this episode, Coach McCollum discusses how he developed his style of play on the job as he developed through his first few seasons as a head coach, his philosophy of creating opportunities for his players by putting them in their natural positions, his teaching style through playing 5-on-5 while making sure his players are focused on the process.
