EP 153--San Diego Evictions--the next wave in a real estate crash?

In March, the Mayor and Governor declared a state of emergency due to Covid-19.  They also but a temporary ban on evictions.  Now, renters who cannot pay, this is a good thing, hoping that they will be able to get above water--meantime, there landlords who aren't able to make their mortgage payments.  This is where I think will be a huge glut of inventory--in the multiunit market.  Today, we talk about when that will likely be and if you are a renter--what you have to do to prove hardship.  Questions?  Call me at 619-818-2992 Chris Spade Keller Williams CA BRE #01785713 CA BRE #01295699
