Under her leadership, the annual funds allocated to Kiva loans in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) have increased by 2.5 times, all the while maintaining an exceptional repayment rate. Over 80% of these loans are directed toward underserved communities, fostering greater equity and economic opportunity in the region.
