EP 156 - Keith Stewart Returns

Keith Stewart (@jstewartpga) founder of Read The Line is back on the Friendly Banter pod! The group discusses golf betting, emphasizing the need to focus on players and storylines bettors are interested in, not just leaders. He suggests using graphics and live betting for a compelling viewer experience. He mentions dominant players like Nelly Korda and Scottie Scheffler, discussing the challenges in gauging their performance in full field events. The hosts talk about the impact of top players like Tiger Woods, Brooks Koepka, and Dustin Johnson not participating in key events on the sport's popularity. They also discuss a golf analyst's behind-the-scenes activities during a tournament week and the importance of course conditions, putting skills, and the rise of younger players. --- This episode is tee'd up by Desert Fox Golf.
