EP 156: Trapezes and Trepidation
from Dentistry On FIRE Hosted by Dr. Jeff Buske
Dr. Buske recently started his CrossFit journey, and it left him feeling very sore. He saw that his gym offered a trapeze yoga class, so he decided to give it a try to loosen up. When he walked in and saw the setup, he got intimidated. He moved through that trepidation, though, and by the end he felt so good. He had to wonder, though, how many people are missing out on something in life because they’re intimidated. Maybe it’s just allowing yourself to be silly with your kids, or it’s trying a new hobby. Where in life are you missing out because you’re worried about looking bad?
