So when we were asked to be among the first to try a new whiskey from a distillery we had not had the opportunity to dig into yet, we were beyond excited! North of downtown, just on the other side of the river is Restless Spirits. Combining an Irish heritage with a flair of what Kansas City has to offer, this is a distillery that is doing a lot of things and we could not be more thrilled to get a first crack at the Port-Finished whiskey part of their Barrel Hammer Series.
