Ep. 157 - Creative Simplicity w/ @Kapture_Realm
from Side Projekt Podcast Hosted by Chazzy
A multi-talent; cosplayer, photographer, painter, filmmaker. From his absolutely amazing cosplays ranging from iterations of Red Hood to several depictions from the Mortal Kombat franchise — from comic books to cinema to gaming — he suits himself up, and then captures himself in high quality shots that further bring each character to life. @Kapture_Realm join's me this week to discuss the above and the lengths he goes to tell stories within his cosplays, as he creates skits that take the cosplay to another level. And outside of cosplay, taking it to another level himself, he writes, directs, shoots, edits and acts in short stories captured within film. Whether it's depictions of an employee who doesn't take his job serious, or a UFO-inspired "Earth Ain't So Bad", let's sit down with the man known as @Kapture_Realm to discuss everything cosplay, painting props, filmmaking and more! ▾ Cosplay Of The Week!: ▾ http://instagram.com/WFMMK _____________ ► 📸Instagram: http://instagram.com/SideProjektPodcast http://instagram.com/igHatesChazzy http://instagram.com/Kapture_Realm ► 🎽Merch: http://bit.ly/sideprojektmerch ► All Other Links: http://lnk.bio/prjkt _____________ ☇ Timestamps: 0:00 - Intro + Merch 2:26 - MegaCon After Party w/ Moshi & Imposter Cosplay 4:57 - Guest Intro: @Kapture_Realm 7:39 - DCeased Red Hood Cosplay & Videography 17:15 - Mortal Kombat Cosplay & Videography 35:18 - Cosplay Of The Week 41:43 - Shotgun Questions 49:06 - Filmwork 1:01:29 - What’s Next? 1:06:28 - Kapture’s Last Word 1:07:52 - Outro
