After getting married and only having one dinner at home with his wife prior to 9pm the first six months of their marriage, they realized this lifestyle was not at all what they had envisioned so they packed up their entire life in a 12 ft U-Haul, cashed out their bank account, drove to MN where Ben was born and moved into his parents basement to start as a career as a Real Estate Agent in 2016.   As of 2023, Ben owns and operates $65,000,000+ of Real Estate, runs multiple companies and enjoys traveling the world. His portfolio consists of Self-Storage, Multi-Family and NNN Real Estate.  Ben’s main business is the Legacy Investment Group where he focuses on deal sourcing, raising capital, acquisitions, due diligence, and operations. Ben is also licensed Realtor at RE/MAX Results and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame with $200+ million sold in the last 5 years. Ben’s team at RE/MAX is the Legacy Realty Group which provides brokerage, development, investment and 3rd party property management services for single family, multi-family, and commercial Real Estate and is consistently ranked as a top 5 team within their RE/MAX Franchise.
