Ep. 158: How I'm Processing a Recent Rejection

from Cozy Co-Creation · host Samara Kasai

As high achievers, we tend to be especially sensitive to rejection, because we have our identity tied up in being accepted and approved. This means we have to take extra care of ourselves when we get rejected, so that we don’t end up using that rejection as a reason to think less of ourselves. So, how do we process rejection in a way that doesn’t hurt our self image, so that we can continue believing positive things about ourselves, our lives, and the futures we are calling in? Answering this question is ESSENTIAL for any high achiever who is on a manifestation journey, and so I took today’s podcast episode to break down exactly how I did this when I was recently rejected from an expansive opportunity. The work I’m demonstrating in this episode is a big part of what we’ll be doing in Manifestation for High Achievers. I want to make sure you have the support you need to navigate the ups and downs of the manifestation process. This means not letting rejection knock you out and disconnect you from hope when you need it the most. Once you know how to experience rejection without letting it hurt your self image or tear down your hope for what’s possible, you’ll be able to see your manifestations all the way through to the finish line.
