Welcome back everyone to “The Really REAL Real Estate Podcast!” For first-time homebuyers, it’s not uncommon to tour many homes before finally deciding on just the right home that they want to make an offer on, hopefully to purchase as their first home if their offer is accepted.  It’s also not uncommon, when that time comes to make the offer, for those same homebuyers to turn to their agent and go, “What’s next?  How do we make an offer on that home?”  Well, today, we talk about what exactly you need to do as a homebuyer to make that offer on your dream home! Closing Date, etc. ***The same ASR gets used in making all offers for any residential property in the Commonwealth of PA (2-bedroom condo. in Downtown Pittsburgh vs. 150 acres of farmland in Clarion County).*** What else does an offer include, besides the ASR? Disclosures Estimated Tax Sheet/Cost Sheet Pre-Approval Letter How is it written and how is it presented to sellers Not fully executed until all parties sign off Deadline for offers What about making more than one offer at the exact same time???
